After a decade of hearing from Heidi and Theresa about their amazing hometown, I decided it was time to take a look for myself. So off I went from LaCrosse, Wisconsin across Minnesota into the wilds of Iowa for 24 hours of adventure. It was the best decision I've made in a long time. Everything about Clear Lake was friendly, quaint and unassuming. Happy Independence Day everyone!!
